You may cancel your order without penalty prior to the product shipping. Products cancelled or refused after the product has shipped will incur shipping and handling charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. Products may be returned within the first 14 days after purchase and are subject to a full refund. Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Vehicle year, make, model, and trim/radio type
Problem you are experiencing
Serial Number on the product (we may ask that you provide an image with our serial number)
Dealership, Distributor, or shop that the product was purchased from
Our technicians reserves the right to determine if your situation qualifies you for our Advanced Replacement program. The Advanced Replacement program involves Cybcar shipping a replacement product in advance before we have received the defective product from you.
If fail to receive the defective product after 14 days of receiving the replacement product, Cybcar reserves the right to charge full invoice price plus shipping fee.
Cybcar will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (also known as an RMA).
Write the RMA Number clearly on the outside of the return package or on shipping label.
Fill out theRMA form and place intothe shipping carton you are returningback to Cybcar.
